This is how our products are manufactured?
Our air tools are manufactured at EDICONs modern fully equipped plants in Mumbai, India. Only the best quality steels, carefully selected, machined and heat treated to exactly standards have gone into their manufacture. Our air tool components are machined on the latest CNC Turing Centres, Machinery Centres and Grinders. This, together with Hi Accuracy Air and In-Process Gauging methods ensure consistency in holding tight tolerances and assure the quality and performance of our tools. Modern NC Fluidized Bed and gas Furnaces allow us precise control over Heat Treat parameters. This ensures optimized combinations of toughness and wear resistance so essential for performance and durability in modern air hammer.
