Company Introduction
Dunhua Zhengxing Abrasive Co., Ltd. has been a manufacturer of boron carbide powder since 1987, and now is the larggest producer in China. Dunhua Zhengxing boron carbide is available not only in narrow ranges of grain sizes according to the FEPA standard (F4 to F1200), GB/T-2481-1998, JIS, and ANSI, but also the components according to customers' specifications. In order to increase our capacity of particle processing, in 2008 Hunchun Zhengxing Abrasive Co.,Ltd. was founded. In 2012, in order to satisfy our boron carbide chuck capacity both Dunhua Zhengxing and Hunchun Zhengxing founded Xinjiang Grinding New Material Technology Co.,Ltd. Now the output is 5,000 tons per year.
Through many years of hard work in the industry, we have gained a good reputation as a supplier of leading products in all branches relevant to our products, and also have been rewarded as the Credible Enterprise of AA by China Construction Bank Jilin Branch and High Tech Enterprise by the government of Jilin Province. In 2007, our trade mark of Zhengxing was ranked as Famous Brand of Jilin Province in the boron carbide industry.
Our company owns laboratory, which has physical inspection facilities, such as Beckman Coulter Laser Diffraction Particle Size Analyzer, Malvern Master Sizer, Engelsmann Jolting Voltmeter and a full set of chemical compound inspection equipments. We guarantee our quality by granularity inspection and chemical analysis during the production process based on the physical and chemical index stated in the contracts and our internal quality standards.
