Dongguan Xinhai Environment-Friendly Materials Co.Ltd is located by the side of Humen high-speed railway station of Dongguan City, with convenient transportations, covering an area of 8000 square meters. Our company already has the monthly production of 800 tons of biodegradable material granulations and 30 special film- blowing machines which can produce 500 tons of plastic films. Besides, we have 40 fully automatic plastic bag-making machines,8 sets of automatic pet bag-making machines ,6 sets of 1 to 10 automatic computer high-speed color printers and many kinds of high quality inspection equipments. We can print different kinds of plastic products. Now we have a staff of more than 200 employees.
"Dongguan Houjie Longxin Plastic Bags Manufactory" was established in 2000, the dragon year in the new millennium, implying the new century, new outlook, new concept, new development. Our company is specialized in R&D and productions of all kinds of plastic bags. We developed new products and made finished products for tens of biodegradable materials-making companies. Through the accumulations of practical experiences, in 2011,we founded Dongguan Xinhai Environment-Friendly Materials Co., Ltd. ,specializing in R & D and production of the film-level biology-based materials . Now we produce film-level fully biodegradable materials including film-level fully biodegradable PBAT and cornstarch modified resin, PLA mollified film-level transparent resin, cornstarch bio-based degradable additive masterbatch, cornstarch bio-based degradable resin, altogether four categories of biodegradable products. They can be suitable for all kinds of plastic bag products which require film- blowing, casting, single / two-way stretch process . And the flexibility, strength, transparency can be adjusted according to the requirements. All our products meet the EU standards. And in Belgium OWS detection mechanism , our products comprehensively passed through composting degradation test and obtained the OK compost certificate. And we also got the EN13432 certificate, USA ASTMD-6400 certificate, USA ASTMD-6866 certificate, SGS-EN1186 certificate, FDA food grade certificate, and so on. Our company
also passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification and
ISO 14001 environmental protection system certification . Our products are exported to Australia, Britain, Italy, America ,Brazil, Japan, South Korea , Denmark, France and other countries.
