Dongguan Jie Yu Xing is located in Huang Jiang Town, Dongguan City, and adjacent to Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Hong Kong and Macau area. It enjoys convenient transportation facility. It has a land area of around 3000 square meters with total work force of 105 employees.Our company has been well-equipped with prodution and inspection facility, there are 15 sets of silicone compression molding machines with press size ranging from 150T to 300T, individual workshops for painting, printing and packaging have also been set up, newly built mold workshop is also under further construction.Our QC department is armed with such testing equipment as wear-resistance tester and hardness tester to ensure the quality of the product. We have been implementing standards of ISO9001:2008 in all aspects of our daily company operation, and keep improving our quality system.
We are committted to providing full-service manufacturing of silicone products, all manufacturing processes including tooling fabrication, silicone compression molding, printing, painting and packaging are all carried out in house. We provide professtional manufacturing of miscellaneous silicone customized parts, such as silicone seals, silicone earbud, silicone wristband for smart watch,silicone keypad or keyboard used on remote control, game players, laptop, kids computer, medical or fitness equipment accessories, etc.
We also provide OEM manufacturing of silicone consumer goods, including various silicone kitchenware, silicone mobile phone protective case, silicone promotion gift items, silicone wristband, silicone wallet,silicone swim cap and silicone * toy etc.
Clean room has been especially set up for manufacturing of silicone kitchenware, baby products, * toy and some medical parts.
