Dear Responsible,I am a volunteer educator in the field of diabetes in the east and thesouthern east of Turkey. I train diabetic people face to face about theirdiabetic medical products and foot care in the areas mentioned above wherethe economical and educational situations are very weak. In these areas I amproviding clinical diabetes nurses to educate the diabetes in hospitals andcoordinating the ambulances by the 112 emergency service for the diabeteswhen they are in the case of coma.we call this works as DiabetClubMDwork is a team-work based on teaching the real diabetes knowledge to thediabetes free.During our studies we keep the patients' care, search and development forms.we have aproximately fifteen thousand recorded patients who have theeducation face to face.While DiabetClub are doing these studyings, The others medical groups which areconnected with the
