I and my partners William and Arch, are direct to the refineries. William has a relationship with the refineries through a company he works for as their Marketing Director, Royal Oil Energy which is a registered trade partner with PTT (revenues of $81 bil. and ranked 81st in Forbes Fortune 500 top world companies, ranked 31st on Platts top 250) PTT is a state owned company, so all "trades" go through their trade partner... Royal Oil Energy . This refineries should be easier to work with since William has a direct relationship and is dealing directly with the actual refinery, not through a subsidiary.
