The Deyang Haohua Qingping Linkuang Co, Ltd is a large State-owned enterprise that was established by the China Haohua Chemical (Group) Co, Ltd and the Deyang (Sichuan province) municipal government’s State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, in 2006. The company was previously known as the Sichuan Qingping Phosphorus Mine, a key national mine originally established in 1964 as a big phosphorus ore producer in Sichuan and large Chinese mineral company.
