We are a privately owned, vertically integrated Australian beef & sheep company, supplying premium quality meat to our customers, domestically and abroad. It is our goal to meet customer needs in producing high quality, well-bred cattle and sheep that taste excellent and meet market specifications.
Our operation comprises of an aggregation of over 20,800 acres of highly productive country in the renowned Hunter Valley region and Central West Slopes of New South Wales, Australia. We also own and operate our own processing facility to process our own livestock. From paddock to plate, all our efforts culminate with a finished product that is of the highest standard in quality and taste.
It is our steadfast mission to supply premium quality meat while putting a priority on animal welfare and food safety through proper animal husbandry and individual traceability of each cattle through the National Livestock Identification System (NLIS). Our animals have not been fed GMO (Genetically Modified) grains and are HGP (Hormone Growth Promotants) free. We implement a strict low-stress management style in handling all of our livestock.
