We pride ourselves in theexcellent workmanship of our products. Over 25 years, Clarajeans produced millions of high quality garments. In 2008, due to globalization and costing reduction, Clarajeans Vietnam Co Ltd. was formed. Subsequently, manufacturing equipment 100% was shipped to Vietnam and on-going technical supports is provided from Clarajeans Australia. Our design and sample team remains in Australia, our strict quality control program on both sides ensure our customers are very happy with the finished product. Our ability to adapt and use technology to our advantage has made communicating between both sides easily and in a timely manner. Style creations and alterations can be made without too much hassle. At present, Clarajeans Vietnam is an independently operated firm, mainly concentrates on productions: With the talented / professional management team and hard-working / highly skilled staff, plus a full range of machines and facilities, from CAD/CAM system (Computer-Aided Design / Computer-Aided Manufacturing) to all sorts of computerised sewing machines. The current capacity is between 5,000 to 12,000 garments a month, depending on styles and constructions Clarajeans Australia is now targeting style research and development, material sourcing, sample creation, customer relation and technical support to the Vietnam teamf denim garments.
