It is the biggest state-owned enterprise which engages and produces in oil & relevant products in southwest of China. There are about 460 employee and total assets of RMB0.21 billoin. The famous brand of their products is called "Red Dragonfly". The intangible assets of this brand in 2005 is about RMB0.97 billion. Average turnout yearly is around 180,000 ton. Our company has got profit consecutively 14 years from 1992. It was awarded as "Fulfilling contract & Keeping credit " enterprise of Chongqing continueously 15 years from 1990. At same time , it also granted as "Fulfilling contract & Keeping credit" enteprise by China National Industrical & Commercial Bureau from 2002. Additionally,company was endued as "Advanced group of national cereals & oil system" in 2006.COC has a perfect and large oil business networks. There are four sales sub-companies , one oil refining factory, one oil reserving warehouse , 46 chain-stores for our oil products and 34 area sales dealers in main urban districts. There are sub-firms & branches in Shanghai, Chengdu,Kunming and Lanzhou cities. COC has a stronge sales team with 100 people who have special experience of oil products. And it has a (salad oil ) manufacture line which imported from Italy with daily production of 200ton oil and a storing capacity of 30,000 ton , a private dock which could be loading & unloading and a private railway line as well as special oil truck team with capacity of 80,000 ton.Jiangsu Red Dragonfly Oil Co. Ltd is our holding subsidiary in Yancheng city, Jiangsu province. It occupied land of 1.66 million sqm and is a complex oil processing factory of pre-squeezing, soaking and refining, its year turnout is about 150,000 ton edible oil.
