In 1996, the Co.imported full set dual tubehydraulic pressure filling gas design, manufacturing technologiesand key facilities from Italian ArvinMeritor and comes to fill upthe blank of the domestic gas charged dampers. With a very convenient transportation, it locates at the Yubei KongGang Industry Zone in Chongqing with a drive distance of 4 Km long from Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport and 30Km distance from Chongqing Cuntan Container Port. Occupied the area of 60 Mu land ,with a constructional area of 14000 square meter space and a 12000 square meter zone for production ( Including 15 Mu land for plating zone ), it has employees of 410, 30 of engineers and technician. ( Including 13 middle and senior technician, four Masters and one Doctor .) With a rapid development for 10 years, ZhongYi has become a very modern enterprise and has changed to an integrated enterprise to control from scientific research, development, production and marketing . In 2005, approved by TS16949 Quality System of Authentication In 2003, ZhongYi and Chongqing University together established a technical research center of vehicle suspension to study the running status of shock absorbers under all kinds of road conditions by a special simulating way. After digesting and swallowing the imported technologies, it has succeeded in exporting a full-set shock absorber production line and CKD parts to Egypt . ZhongYi has become a main OEM supplier whose products matching for Huasheng, Chilly, ChangAn, Qiri, Hafei, Shanghai GM Wuling Auto, Anhui Ankai bus and Chongqing Hentong Bus Co. On the other hand, exported shock absorbers have covered Germany, USA, South Africa and some countries and regions in the Middle East, our products have widely gained a good reputation in quality and are warmly welcome by our customers . ZhongYi has four well-known brands ; They are : Endurance, HuaYi, HuaMei and HuaKe. In 2008, a massive production of more then 2.20 million pcs of shock absorbers are manufatured for our customers., most of them matching for Huasheng Jinbei, Chilly Fleet, Changan, Shanghai GM Wuling Auto, Anhui Ankai as well as exported to Europen countries, South America and Africa. ZhongYi at present owns four full assembly production lines ,two processing lines for piston rod, one automatic plating production line, automatic static coating painting line, two general assemble lines, two ultrasonic washing lines and two parts machined production lines. Currently total production volume of shock absorbers reaches a level at amount of 3 million . ZhongYi recruited a specialist in shock absorber, Santo who, once worked many years for Tokico Co. in Japan from 2006, has completed reconstruction to one production line at factory based on requirement of TPS and made a great and effective achievement . In 2009, ZhongYi will execute TPS to overall production lines. After that, ZhongYi will really realize the goal to produce shock absorbers according to Toyota production mode .
