Because of its extreme thermostability, it has a wide range of applications in converting starch into sugar, as well as use in any other substance using a fermentation process -- such as fuel ethanol, amino acids, antibiotics, textile printing and paper manufacturing.White Tiger glucoamylase was derived from a select strain of Aspergillus Niger and was refined through submerged fermentation. The enzyme activity ranges from 100,000u/ml (g) to 150,000 u/ml (g). The activity can be customized.
