As an authorized agent of PGI Energy Trading Ltd., I would be happy to send you a SCO with great discounts, especially for large quantities, but our Standard Operating Procedures dictates that we must first have an LOI or ICPO from the buyer that will be providing the bank Line of Credit and addressed to PGI Energy Trading LTD before I can provide an SCO. Unfortunately, in the past, some potential buyers have requested many actions on our part, to find out that they were not serious about any commitment.
