After Fish has been bought we sort it first, then we wash with clean water and also mixed with salt water so that the fish's skin does not diminish the value of its quality, then place it in the vessel. We need to emphasize that the fish does not undergo any process (do not cut or cleaved) only cleaned by water and then sorted and compiled in the vessel. Fishis are frozen into the ABF (Air Blast Freezer) room with a period of 8-10 hours with the level of freezing -40 degrees Celsius. Once it has already been frozen then removed from the ABF room, then wrapped with plastic after it's put into a carton box. Once the fish is inserted into Coldstorage with cold point level -20 degrees Celsius, the product is ready for sale..We receive a request several fresh or frozen fishes such as Ribbon Fish, Skipjack, Bigeye trevally,scad fish, as well as Tuna.
