Beki-Shield® GR stainless steel fibreshave proven to be very efficient as filler materials for electrically conductive plastics. Very low amounts are sufficient to fulfil specifications and regulations for Electro-Magnetic Interference (EMI) and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD). The chopped fibers are bound together with polymeric binders specific for various polymer resins.
