The density of aluminum is small, it only 34.61% of the iron, 30.33% of copper, so it is known as light metal. Aluminum is a non-ferrous metal which production and use are second after steel in the world. Density of aluminum is only 2.7103 kg/m3, about 1/3 of the density of steel, copper and brass.
