Alhamd Corporation (Pvt) Limited was setup in 1987, we have 14, 400 spindles with a rated annual capacity of 3. 968 (M) kgs based on average yarn count Ne 20 / 1. The main machinery from blow room to autowinders was from Italy and the air-conditioning plant from Germany. The machinery was equipped with latest innovations like automatic bale plucker, electronically controlled blow room, automatic chute feed system, long / short term autolevellers, mechanical disc splicers, electronic yarn clearers, etc. The unit also had a fully equipped modern laboratory for testing and controlling the quality of the produced yarn.
During 1998 to 2005, further 106, 680 spindles were added to its capacity. Blow room machinery, cards, roving frames and ring frames have been procured from China, draw frames from Switzerland and autowinders from Italy. Air-conditioning plants, overhead traveling blowers, electric equipment etc. have been procured locally. Accordingly, our mills now comprises of 121, 080 spindles.
For the last about 8 years, we have been producing super fine yarn of count Ne 80 / 1 and Ne 72 / 1 from ELS / long staple cotton imported mostly from the USA and West African countries. Recently, we have also started producing viscose yarns of count Ne 18 / 1 to Ne 50 / 1. The market for our yarn is only domestic (by own choice) where it is rated amongst the top few brands.
Now can offer super carded cotton yarn Ne 50 / 1 to Ne 80 / 1 and 100% Viscose yarn Ne 20 / 1 toNe 40 / 1.
