Tung Shing Sewing Machine Co., Ltd has been established since 1975 by the founder, Mr. Chan Tung, presently Chairman of our company. It is 100% owned private company. We are carrying garment machinery and accessories to dealers, trading firms and garment factories in Hong Kong, China, Asean countries, Middle East and other European countries.
Starting from a family business in the beginning, our company has 50 staffs working in our Hong Kong offices to provide services to our customers. Our main office is located in Shamshuipo and two other branches situated in Kwun Tong and Castle Peak Road. They are providing sales and services to local and China factories within the area. There are two branches in Guangzhou, China.
In Hong Kong, we are the agents for Brother, Pegasus, Naomoto, Eastman, Hashoma, AMF Reece and other popular brands of garment machines. Our sales turn over of last year is HKD445 million.
Form 1988, we recognized the potential in Vietnam market and started our trading business with the Vietnam State owned factories. In 1990, Mr Chan Kin Wah, Zadig Chairman and Mr Nam Kwok Fu, Ronald, Managing Director has set up the first joint venture company, Viet Tien Tung Shing Sewing Machine Center. Our joint venture partner is Vietnam's state owned garment group, Viet Tien Garment Export and Import company in Hochiminh City. Our partner is one of the biggest state owned garment group under control of goverment department, Vinatex-Vietnam Textile & Garment Export and Import Association. This association is controlling the exportcoder to E. U. countries for all its members. As a result, with sufficient information and mutual support form our partners and Vinatex, we build up good relationship with the state owned factories.
