Here is the list of some procedures that Trellis Key Production team adopts to improve the Garment Quality

§ After receiving orders Trellis Key production Planning team verify its complete tech specs to require all the missing information. After receiving complete information Trellis Key Team develop complete tech specs with all required Illustrations, Embellishment placements and get the final approval from customer to totally avoid the mistakes.

§ All inward fabric and material went through with the proper inspection. Trellis Key believes the quality on input material reflects the finished garment quality.

§ After Pattern Making, Trellis Key Sample development team develop single garment of each size. Then RnD Team critically compare the garment with the provided design, measure the size chart to verify it lies in tolerance ,held further discussion to note down all the modification that may upgrade the shape and comfort of the garment. This practice repeats until we get the excellence.

§ For all sublimation Jobs Trellis Key Pattern Designer is using Digital Pattern applications. After importing digital pattern in Vector based applications Trellis Key product development team design every size to make it best fit.

§ To ensure the valid placement of embellishments (Embroidery, appliqué, Printing) Trellis Key develop its placement pattern to achieve the homogeneous production. Further Trellis Key team performs the pre and post inspection of all embellishment panels for maximum accuracy and to avoid unnecessary delays.

§ In every order we proceed with the 3 to 5% extra development. During all stages of quality inspection, inspector throws out all those units that do not fulfill the Trellis Key Superior Quality Standard. By providing the extreme fine quality Trellis Key has gained the competitive edge on others.

§ By strictly ensuring quality at every stage of development Trellis Key team finally able to achieve premium quality finished good that truly reflects the exact demand of customer.

Customize Packaging

Trellis Key can provide all kind of customized packing with Printed Polybag, Tag Cards, Barcode Labels, Printed Cartons with your required dimensions. Normally we are using the Plain imported carton 5 fly. It is very durable and hard enough to travel. I will send you all available sample which one you select we will make it standard for all consignments.

Imported Carton 5 Fly.(it has even more strength than local 7 fly carton ). Your all customized box dimensions are acceptable.

Child Labour and Forced Labour Policy

Trellis Key has a strong policy for prevention of Child Labour and Forced Labour in its organization. As per the ILO standard and Child Labour Act.

Trellis Key do not employ any child labour or any young worker in its organization. The company’s permissible age for any labour is over and above 18 years and do not employ any one below the age of 18 years and the same is substantiated with documentary evidences like CNIC Card, School Leaving Certificate, Birth Certificate, Hospital Certificate or a notarised affidavit by magistrate of court.

Trellis Key is also totally against forced labour including prison or debt bondage labour; Lodging of deposits or identity papers is strictly prohibited
