Special thank you to Randy who helped setup the move over the phone. The moving team showed up promptly and about 15 minutes early, were careful with wrapping and moving everything out of my apartment, and I would recommend this service to anyone looking to move in the Pasadena area. The Yelp special is a nice bonus as well.

Admittedly, I'm knocking off 1 star for the move taking 5 hours (I have a one bedroom apartment worth of furniture and my new place is 4 miles from the old one) when I expected it to take less than 3. Otherwise, the two movers were professional and perhaps even a bit deliberate as I had to chip in and move some small items too to get it done in a reasonable time.

Worst move ever! They pretended they didn't have tools to unhook the washer and dryer, they moved stuff out of the way and didn't bother putting anything back, they pretended not to understand when I was instructing them to move stuff back to where they found it. They didn't bother hooking up my washer/dryer, just dumped them in the garage. They missed 3 cupboards, so I had to pack those and move them myself. They broke a bunch of stuff, and the cost was 2x what they quoted me.

The driver also told me that their company provided insurance, and offered me no other options. I am waiting now to see what they are going to do about the damaged items.

Great company!! The reservation agent was very courteous and the booking was super easy and smooth. Our office manager has requested that they provide certificate of insurance and the agent was able to turn this around in an hour. I'm super impressed!!

The movers showed up on time and explained everything clearly. No hidden charges, rates are very reasonable.

I've used professional movers for long distance and local moves 4 times in my life and this was hands-down the best moving experience ever. I've come to expect hidden charges and broken items - not the case with these guys.

For my move from OC to LA, Eugene and Vlad showed up right on time at 8am and had my one bedroom apt loaded up and on the road within an hour and a half. Even with pouring rain and a lot of steps (I mean, a LOT of steps), these guys had the new place filled up in about an hour. With driving time (both ways included) and moving time combined, it was all done in under 6 hours. The whole move, with coupon discount, was a total of $381 - yeah, seriously.

Hold on, don't gloss over that -- I said $381 dollars to move me from Orange County to Los Angeles in under 6 hours and with no extra fees or damaged goods. In the rain. Up steps. What are you even waiting for, just hire these guys and get it done with!

HIGHLY recommend these movers. Vlad and Elmir came on time and got everything done within the our 3 hour window. They were very professional and efficient! This was the first time using movers and I had the BEST experience. I will use them again if we ever need to move and HIGHLY recommend them. I even got a phonecall right after they left from their corporate office asking how they did. Great customer service!!

My move was SO easy breezy with these guys! I totally did not expect them to do such a great job. They were fast, professional, and so easy to work with. I had Kevin and Igor as my movers. I don't know what the heck they feed Igor, but he is an Eastern-European Machine! He was running up and down stairs with all sorts of things that should normally take TWO people TWICE as long to carry. Between watching that, and listening to him impart random bits of information and life philosophies, I was thoroughly entertained.

I will TOTALLY call these guys the next time I have to move. But hopefully, that is not for a very, VERY long time...

Overall, I had a good experience with Roman, Igor and the other young man that came to move us. Right off the start I explained that I wanted to get it done in 4 hours that's all I could afford. The guys did a fantastic job of packing up the truck with just about everything for one load drop off. I think their energy levels may have been tapped out from the inital packing up of items. It seemed as if once we got to the new place there wasnt as much energy unloading the items. Granted, we did go from single level house to 2 story condo, I know it's not easy unloading items up the flight of stairs or over the balcony. They finished in about 3hrs 45 mins, so I was happy not to be going over the time limit.

I will definitely recommend Incredible movers to any friends and family and I would personally use them again

Great movers. We had Mike and the two Alex's and they were excellent. Extremely courteous, careful with our belongings (make sure you label things fragile if they are) and fast. They moved our big 2 bedroom apartment in about seven hours total. All of the charges I was quoted were correct, and there were no hidden fees which was great. There wasn't a single thing lost or broken.

We would definitely use them again.

I highly recommend the incredible movers if you are moving somewhere in Southern California. My movers Ashot, Misha, and Ulan were fast, friendly and professional. They made moving a breeze!

Wow! This company moved me from a storage unit in Gardena to an upper unit in Torrance in 2 hours! They were punctual, extremely fast, efficient, and friendly. I definitely recommend using this company if you are planning to move.
