We represent an established trust who is currently aggressively seeking stable development projects to enter into an equity position with.Criteria- * The project must be a minimum of $100M or higher * The project can be either humanitarian or commercial/residential development * There is no payback required either of principal or interest To clarify, this is not seed capital, we are looking for projects that have master plan in place,permits in hand or are in final stage of approval.This is an investor/partnership program which will secure the Trust Fund an equity position in the project.
