Cimc-Shac (Xi'an) Special Vehicles Co., Ltd. is a Chinese-foreign joint venture established by CIMC Vehicles (Group) Co., Ltd., Shaanxi Heavy-duty Automobile Co., Ltd., and CIMC Vehicle Investment Holdings Company Limited. We are specialized in the production & sale of various types of motor vehicles.Established on September 20th, 2006, our company covers a total area of 260mu. The initial registered capital of our company amounts to RMB 50 million. The total investment of first stage adds up to RMB 180 million, of which the fixed assets are RMB 90 million.Our company has about 650 outstanding employees, including 40 engineers and technicians and 5 senior engineers. Our newly-built plant buildings cover 21, 000 square meters. Besides, nearly 300 brand new sets of plate shears, bending machines, plasma cutting machines, sanding houses, cranes, forklifts, coating and welding equipment have been introduced from abroad. Our company has developed self-dumping truck upload production lines. Our company adopts the advanced 3D graphic software, three-dimensional analysis software, and PDM and MAS management systems for the design and development of our products. With the strong capacity of the Research & Development in a variety of special vehicles like self-dumping trucks, our special vehicle production capacity adds up to about 8, 000 sets annually.Our company takes the leading position in passing the evaluation of ISO/TS16949 quality system certification and CCC certification among the modified car enterprises. With the implement of ISO/TS16949 quality system standard, our company has set up an improved quality management system which can realize the controllability of any link of the production and continually improve product quality.
