Roxbury Resources Asia Pacific, Inc., is a stock corporation whose primary purpose is to obtain, hold, explore, exploit, work develop, lease and otherwise obtain concessions of the lands containing mines of copper, magnesium, chromite, nickel and other minerals; to lease search for prospect, explore, extract for ores, chromite minerals, magnesium, nickel and other precious and non-precious and mineral resrouces; to locate mining claims, grounds or lodes, and record the same pursuant to the laws of the Philippines; and to bore, drill, prospect and mine in such mining claims, ground or lodes for metals and minerals of all kinds.
