Nogetraco ltd is run by Mr Vinh Dinh Dam in a position as a director. Mr Vinh had been serving in the ministry of foreign trade and in some export import state-owned corporations for 24 years. He is now leading a team of senior export officers. Nogetraco is assisted by a team of talented advisers, technicians and technologists in developping new products and services. Taking part in nogetraco business activities are also financial investors to push production and make all the feasible deals successful.
