We have strict QC procedures:
1) QC team will track and test all kits before every kit leaving the factory.
2) QC team will test complete electric kits for more than 5 minutes to ensure 100% good kits.
3) QC team will install 10% complete kits on e-bike to test.
We control the production of all kits for our customers. It takes 15 days to 20 days for 200 complete kits.
We negotiate all part prices. We pay more attention to quality control and we provide punctual shipment for our customers all by ourselves.
