Our plant is located in Mikhailovka village,Cheremkhovskiy district of the Irkutsk region (Russia) and producesmetallized pellets (DRI) based on coal technology. The product is ahigh quality alternative of scrap iron, pig iron andHBI. The very core of the project is an organizationof production on former East Siberian refractory plant, using theDRI (Direct Reduced Iron) technology on solid fuels (coal), andcreation of its own raw material base. Designed capacity of theplant is 390 tons of DRI. The project aims to create an effectiveDRI production with implementation of trendsetting technologies,which are not currently used in Russia.The main company product is DRI (Direct ReducedIron) a high quality raw material for the production of steel inelectric-steelmaking furnaces. It is an alternative to scrapmetall. Mass fraction of Fe met - 85%, metallization degree -92%.
