The Laboratory was established in 1992 and is apart of Z.I.Nekrasov Iron and Steel Institute of National Academyof Sciences of Ukraine. The Laboratory conducts theoretical researches,develops technologies and equipment for briquetting a smallfraction of raw materials and industrial wastes from iron mines,coal mines, metallurgical plants and other companies (like cokeoven plants, agriculture firms, food processing plants and etc.).We work in close association with Experimental and ProductionEnterprise of Iron and Steel Institute, which produces highlyeffective roller presses using our originaldesign. We are the only team in Ukraine which providesour clients with a full range of services: from researches of rawmaterial properties to development of briquetting technologies andmanufacture of roller presses. The activity of Laboratory isinternationally recognized, and it has been taken part ininternational cooperation for severaldecades
