In case pf specially sensitive orders, we park our person at the factories for days at length to ensure priority processing even at the busiest of factories Its like your representative is constantly in the factory all the time!!In case there is a rare instance of delay beyond manageable limit we guarantee proper compenation to you.PRODUCTIONFollow up with vendors during key production timesmonitoring timely delivery of raw materials, packaging and accessory items.Educating the suppliers and sub-contractors of the required quality levels with follow up visits to ensure on time performance.Day to day follow-up with the Factories to maintain pressure to avoid delay. Resolve any issues which might affect or delay shipments with a sense of urgency.QUALITY ASSURANCE:
Perform all QC functions and monitoring compliance with your requirements. Identify and resolve QC issues prior to shipments. Coordinating with your for product approval process.Ensuring conformity of the products shipped out of India, by the way of testing (in-house and external laboratory) as and when need arises.
Quality Inspections to be performed two times during the manufacturing time line. Mid production and Pre shipment Proper documentation will be maintained accurately,reports will be sent to your upon completion.SHIPPING Coordination between vendors to consolidate merchandise from the port to reduce shipping costsCoordinate all communications and check for all necessary shipping docs prior to shipments.Logistics- Plan the movement of merchandise from various vendorsto minimize transit delays.
