The Discount Home Shoppers' Club, Inc. was officially formed and incorporated in Englewood, Florida USA. After being in business for over seven years, we now have millions of customers, thousands of marketers, the track record and the infrastructure to roll out Phase IV of our Marketing Plan, the ClubBucks Rewards program.
Our ClubBucks program will enable our Members to save * on their online and offline purchases, simply by using our ClubBucks card at participating Merchants (restaurants, florists, salons, etc.).
Participating Merchant Affiliates will be able to increase business by being listed in our online ClubBucks Directory and accepting the ClubBucks card from our Members, as well as using ClubBucks Rewards as a customer loyalty program. Merchants will be able to develop an additional source of income by issuing ClubBucks card and signing up their customers and friends as new DHS Club Members.
- In 1997 we began business with the opening of our Benefits Center.
- In 1998 we opened online, what is now known as the DHS Club Outlet Center (Phase I of our Marketing Plan).
- In 1999 we opened our U.S. online ClubShop Mall (Phase II of our Marketing Plan).
- In 2000 we began expanding our ClubShop Mall to include international stores (Phase III of our Marketing Plan).
- In 2001 we expanded our Benefits Center, Outlet Center and ClubShop Mall.
- In 2002 we launched ClubDepot.com, our discount Internet Service Provider.
- In 2003 we launched our ClubBucks Rewards Program.
