TheGroup covers 280,000 square meters and owns fixed assets2,500,000,000 RMB. The output can be up to 1,180,000 tons and theannual output value is 980,000,000 RMB. Our products export to theEast Asia, Europe, America, Africa and other twenties countries, inaddition, we have good fame in Chinese pipe fittings.Gee products have four series: 1, flange and forged fittings; 2,the steeliness seamless butt weld fitting with steel plate, forexample, elbows, tees, reducers, bends… 3, seamless steel pipe,ERW, SSAW; 4, the nuclear project accessories. We also produce morethan 3600 types pipeline accessories with 118 kinds ofmaterials. The Group owns advanced product lines. Products are disposed byforging, cold pressing, cold forming, hot extrusion, heattreatment, polishing, rubbing, machining and chrome finishing.Equipped with many advanced machines, such as heat treatmentfurnaces, automatic welding machines, large lathe, there are 108sets. The Group is the only one enterprise that owns forginghydraulic press machines. The machine can bear the pressure up to6000 tons. Gee members regard the quality as our lives. We set up “pipeline equipment inspection center”, andwe also have capability of chemical analysis, metallographicinspection, physical test, nondestructive inspection. The following is the introduction about our partner andproject: We establish cooperation with North East Power Design institute,and co-developed A335 P92/P91, Tees; Bends, Elbows for main steampiping, hot reheat piping, feed water piping, for 600 MW, 1000MW,Ultra Supercritical Thermal Power Units. We also cooperate with Nuclear Industry II Design Institute,co-developed super pipelines used in nuclear power plant, andsupplied for Qinshan, Ling’ao, Beijing, Xi’an, Nuclear reactors.The majority of parts are supplied by us for Ling’ao Nuclear PowerPlant. We have supplied fittings for west-east Gas Transmission project,Chuan gas East Transmission Project, Chunxiao Gas Field Project,Shanjing Pipeline Project, Central Asia Pipeline Project, Chuanlupipeline Project, Huninghang Pipeline Project, etc, almost all maingas transmission pipelines in China. Except the domestic market, we also have exported the products toIndia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, etc. Most significantly isto supply to ESSAR India. Their order is nearly RMB 400,000,000,which includes full set pipelines, fittings, and prefabricatedpipes for 4x600MW Thermal Power Plant Units, and the client fromIndia is very satisfied with our supply.We also have long cooperation with IBF Italy, TK Korea, etc, andequip with around 100 blanket forgings in storage.In 30 years, our company follows the principle of constantlyproviding high-quality products and help partners succeed.
