Dongying Zhenghe Wood Industry Co., Ltd. is located in Dongying City, where the yellow river comes into the sea. Covering an area of 333,500 square meters, our total investment is RMB500 million.
All of our machines are supplied by world-famous suppliers, such as Dieffenbacher, Vyncke and Steinemann. By this CPS line, we can manufacture MDF and HDF 200,000 CBM every year. Our company is the largest producer with single line in the north of China.
Our company co-operates with Toroyal Group of China, Esco Engineering Sales Consulting GMBH and Dongying Wood-Based Panel Factory. With rich experience, ability of MDF technology, and mechanic background we have the strong S&D ability. Our company was set up in 2002, and we can make many kinds of MDF and HDF products. The thickness of our products can be adjusted from 2.5-40mm, and the size can be changed during 2750mmx5500mm and the resin can reach the requirements of E2, E1 and E0. Also we can produce the four star products which meet the needs of Japanese markets. "Zhenghe Linmei" registered trademark MDF is sold to clients in the USA, Japan, Korea and the Middle East.
We have passed ISO9000, ISO14000, and OHSAS18000 certificates and we also passed the auditing from China environmental labeling authentication. In 2005, we are titled of "100 Excellence Manufacture of MDF Enterprise of China" by CNFPIA and NBS. In 2006, we were chosen as "Construction Material Supplier List of Olympic of 2008". In 2005, we attended "The 2nd Environment Forum of China and Germany" as only representative of China enterprise held by SEPA. Our company has been The Member of National Standard of MDF Edit and Drafting by The National Standardization Committee of Wood -Based Panel.
