Cloracks Corporation is a start-up company and licensee firm for Biejc Holding, LLC. The corporation is authorized to manufacture and /or produce, sell and distribute all the patented products held and owned by Biejc Holding, LLC. Cloracks Corporation is a domestic corporation in Nevada and will start production beginning 2013 its commercial dishwashing trays totaling about 16 tray models with 2 accessory attachments for the dishwashing racks, and likewise, a tree pole stand utilizing recycled plastic. These innovative products were all approved and published as patented intellectual properties with the USPTO registered under the name of Biejc Holding LLC. Starting the year 2013, the dishwashing trays for plates and utensils, and the dishwashing trays for drinking and wine glasses will be in the production line by middle of 2013 or after six months of completing the mould production.
