CCDO is a local non-governmental, non-religious organization established on 19 November 2010. It is located at No3BEo, Preysala Village, Sangkat Kakab, Khan Dongkor, Phnom Penh. CCDO is currently playing a pioneering role in the development of the villages of Dongkor, including the improvement of the wellbeing of the children, through working together with the communities, local authorities and other NGOs and service providers to increase and strengthen resources and access to services. We aim to elevate whole families, improving their quality of life, with a particular focus on early childhood services and care.
