Company Introduction
Established in 1910, CHIKAMASA CO.,LTD. has been dedicated to producing shears and scissors for a hundred years in Sakai city, where renowned as a production center of edged tools. We mainly manufacture and sell agricultural, handcraft or office use scissors. The product lineup is more than 80 kinds, so it is widely used either professionals or regular users.
Most of our scissors are our own production so that we can carry out thorough quality control, which is our greatest strength. To focus on our marketing, we directly visit users, such as farm producers or school teachers, with intent to collect their voices for our product improvement and new-product development.
As a part of marketing activity, we started "GATTEN CLUB."
It aims to forge close ties with customers; timely providing our new model or a product that suits customer needs. We offer a product for their occupation or age, collect useful information from their voices for product development.
