Company Introduction
We are the leader of the children furniture in China, who has more than 30 years experience in this field.
Our factory is located in Gaobu Town, Dongguan City which is only 40 mins driving from the Canton Fair Ground and 20 mins from ShiLong Railway Station.
Our assigned designer - Henry Suen is the first one to develop the car bed with 3D front head with light.
Now we are also the first one to using UV high gloss paint for children furniture which the paint brightness is reached 104 degree and hardness up to 2H class.
We have two UV paint curtain coating automatic production line, Melamine coating production line, Computer cutting system, CNC routing system, Automatic printing machine, carton box production line, metal-ware production department, that support us have the most effective production capacity and to keep the best quality in the best economic scale that is really important to our valuable business partners are able to hae the most competitive product in the market.
Apart from price, we do really care about the product quality, every season CCIC (China Certificate & Inspection Group) will come to our workshop to pick sample randomly for inspection; and we also make volunteet inspection with TUV Rheinland, SGS, API to make sure all item is reached European EN standard. We hae to ensure every single customer who buying from us do not have any question about the quality, In 2014, our Double Deaker Bunk Bed System has also passed EN747 standard from TUV Rheinland.
