The quantities are unlimited(it has to be 100 kmt per month or more) , the price is one of the lowest in the market and end buyer or buyer mandate inquiries will be entertained. The procedures are as follows: After signing the NCND the buyer sends an LOI+soft probe, we issue a soft offer, the buyer sends an ICPO with BCL, we issue an FCO+draft contract. The buyer and seller negotiate and sign the contract after which the buyer establishes the L/C which is not operative, untill the seller opens 2% performance bond in the name of the buyer.
