Ansen Electronics Company was incorporated in Hong Kong in 1989 and has established itself as a leading OEM/ODM manufacturer for Security Lighting, Home Security, Home Automation and Home Comfort Products. The production facilities in China with 350,000 sq. Feet are closely connected with the Hong Kong operations through computer network. The integrated manufacturing complex consists of several sections such as Tooling Fabrication, Injection Moulding, Die Casting, Powder Coating, Painting and numerous Assembly Lines. The diverse assembly methods such as Chip on Board and SMD assembly as well as the traditional PCB assembly forming integral parts of the effectively organized production. This includes also the soldering by means of equipment such as Re flow Oven(SMD), Double Wave Solder Machine, The In Circuit Test Equipment and etc.
Through the continuous dialogue with customers and the distinct sense for new market tendencies Ansen actively participate in the development of new concepts. These new concepts are realized in no time through the direct engagement of the experienced Research and Development professionals. To ensure the highest level of technical standards, special emphasis is made towards its production set up and organization. As a result of the efforts in Quality Control and Assurance, problems are confined to a minimum and thus recognized and eliminated at the early stage.
