Slabmark Nigeria Limited is a privately owned limited liability company with 100% indigenous share holding. The company was incorporated on the 11th December 1997 and commenced operations in March 2000 with the commissioning of a 100 tonnes per day Solvent Extraction Plant. The registered office is Km8\9 Old Lagos, Ibadan Oyo State. The company’s core business activity is oil seed processing into edible oils and fats.

From a humble beginning in 2000 the company has grown into a big player on the Agro allied sector with the expansion and commissioning of new plants enhancing the leading role that the company now plays in the industry.
