With the use of petrolatum products paired into an FRP jackets, FRE Anticorrosion System is able to keep the piles corrosion free for decades even under water and extreme weather conditions.
Pipe Corrosion Protection

Steel pipes are much like the steel piles, and the FRE Anticorrosion System can also be useful for pipes that will be buried (or already buried) underground. Above ground pipes exposed to any kind of environment (acidic, steamy, corrosive, high temperature, etc.) FRE Anticorrosion System can handle these situation for decades with peace of mind.
Tanks Corrosion Protection
For inside and outside tank lining corrosion protection
Corrosion protection for tanks, floors and steel supports are all possible using our Chemical Resistant FRP lining. Wether it is submerge into an acid for years and even with constant agitation, FRP is able to withstand these extreme conditions through the combination of epoxy and vinyl. These results into a highly effective polymer that can hold acids and even liquids at 100 deg C.
Structural Repair & Retrofitting
Epoxy concrete injection for internal cracks
Structural damages such as cracks, honeycombs, etc. can be repaired using elastomer based epoxy injections. Whether these damages took from an earth quake, machine vibrations, an accidental collision or improper construction, its structural integrity can be repaired and restored into its original capacity. Minimum Criteria specified by ACI 440.2R.08 Section 1.3.4.

FRP Conveyor Cover
1.2 m length by 1.35 m diameter (width)
Conveyor rain cover made from Fiber Reinforced Polymers (FRP) are advantageous than covers made from steel or plastics because of its superior resistance against chemicals, UV and corrosions. FRP are also light weight compared to steel and has a higher mechanical properties compared to ordinary plastics.
FRP Tank
FRP is one of the best in material handling
The FRP material used for tanks and pipes passed the US FDA Regulation 21 CFR 177.2420, giving our clients health safety whether it is for food storage or water handling. FRP tanks are perfect for domestic and even for industrial use. Acid and fuel tanks are also available depending on the kind of acid or fuel to be handled. Capacity, dimensions, shape (spherical or cylindrical) and orientation of the tanks may vary depending on our clients design or requirements.
FRP Air Pressure Tank
Best use for diving, spray air stock, automotive shop air supply, etc.
Even if it is connected to a Screw Type Airman Compressor, FRP tanks are reliable pressure tanks even at extreme high pressure. Due to its hight tensile strength, FRP can handle high pressure application than an ordinary thin walled pressure vessel.

Whether for structural, framing or aesthetic purposes, FRP bars are superior in terms of tensile strength and stiffness. These bars are best use also for underwater since it never corrode and easy to maintain. It is also applicable for solar panel framing because of its durability and low heat absorption compared to aluminium thus decreasing the heat absorption of the panel resulting into low electrical resistance and increase in overall efficiency.

Whether it is for side walling, or for outdoor aesthetic panel, FRP is the best choice compared to other materials such as aluminium. Its durability and lightweight combined makes it easy to install. FRP are built to last, they are maintenance free (including painting), UV and corrosion resistant and are easy to clean. Sizes may vary depending on your request.
