OVERVIEW

Canesia International was established in 1983 and incorporated in 1986, dealing mostly in trade and import export with Southeast Asia and Latin America, after its principal served 10-year service in hospitality industry. The company’s principal has been providing computer programming and consulting services for the oil and gas industry since 1980 working with a Computer Services in Calgary, Canada. Early 1985 the company provided services for a medium-sized oil/gas marketing & distribution company to develop oil and gas computer software. The systems include transportation system, gas fractionation, crude/oil pricing, operations accounting, forecasts/crude oil movement, trucks fuel usage monitoring, road/asphalt bidding and processing, safety equipment control, cost tracking and NGL truck loading. The services lasted for 10 years until 1995. In 1989, the company started developing and marketing software. Its main software was LEGALplus which is a PC based complete legal office accounting which includes work in progress, time billing, trust accounting and general accounting up to financial statements. Canesia International has also developed other PC based applications which vary from small office general accounting to tank car loading for propane and butane and Electronic Data Interchange. In later years, the company’s personnel had been involved in systems integration, local area network and system communications to complement its intended ventures into the Pacific Rim computerization projects especially in Southeast Asia. During this time of computer software and development, Canesia’s involvement with export import, trade and brokerage continue and even more focus in the early 1990’s. Project financing and banking instruments were introduced by contacts the Company made while dealing in trade of commodities such as sugar, fertilizer and other products.
