The Texaco Benelux Card is a tailor-made fuel card. Per card,the ability to choose from diesel and/of gasoline, shop, carwashand lubricants. • Per card, the possibility to determine limits per amount in euro(per day, per week and per month).• A TEXACO Card stop service 24/24 and 7/7.• Online service for consulting your transactions, invoices andother data related to your fuel cards.The types of Fuel that may be purchased using the FuelCard• Fuel Card A Fuel card is only applicable for the purchase of diesel andgasoline.• Service card A Service Card is only applicable for the purchase of fuels andservices i.e. shop articles, lubricants, carwash.• The name of the customer is always mentioned on the card and canbe extended with a driver and/or vehicle name.• Kilometres registration can be asked at the paymentterminal. • Product restriction per card: our cards can be tailor-made. Percard the ability to choose from diesel and/of gasoline, shop,carwash and lubricants. Our reporting requirements: Card number, number plate, km index, official price, discount,volume (litres), total net price per purchase, total net price forall the purchases L/100km, total consumption/vehicle, abnormalentry of km index, total cost vehicle over a specified period,total cost of a period, total number of litres over a specifiedperiod, cards not used during X weeks ormonths. 8. SecurityAll Texaco Benelux Fuel Cards are secured with:• A 4-digit PIN code• Limits per fuel card on amount in € per day, per week and permonthIn case of loss or robbery: we have a 24/7 card stop service atBenelux level.On written request, fuel cards can be activated, deactivated andreactivated immediately.Description of the provided security measures in case of incorrectPIN code entry:After 3 erroneous PIN code, your fuel card is blocked. After 24hours your card will be activated automatically.Possibility to change the PIN code:When ordering the fuel card you have the possibility to choose yourPIN code, once the code has been selected you can not change the PINcode.Integrated limits:• Limits per fuel card on amount in € per day, per week and permonth0ther Security measures:• Fraudulent user list (daily updated)• Early warning report mentioning almost the achieved customerslevel limit (daily updated). If a card is at 90% of his limits perday/per week or per month, our Texaco Card Center will contact thefleet Manager to inform him and ask him what to do.
