Jiaozuo Tianyi Technology Co., Ltd was founded in 2006, it has special intellectual property rights and core technology for polyimide resin(PI). Based on this, it also researches &develops and produces series of high temperature resistance composite materials. These composites accelerated the upgrading of the traditional materials, replaced the Imported materials and widely used in the fields of military project, high-speed rail and electronic industry, and shown superior performance and charm of China's manufacturing of new materials.
Tianyi has Professional engineering technology research center and automatic manufacturing equipment, has the perfect organization structure , ISO9002 quality management system certification , implement EU ROHS standards. It engages in the research&development and produce of C grade insulation materials, high temperature resistance anti-static materials , high temperature resistance heat insulation materials. Tianyi occupies the commanding heights of the technology and marketing in China, has a unique market position, has independent import and export trade qualification, maintains long-term and stable cooperative relations With Southeast Asia and Europe and the United States.
The company has three manufacturing divisions.
First division : High Polymer Material division
polyimide resin powder , polyimide resin fluid , diallyl bisphenol A and epoxy curing promoter , applied to the composite materials in the fields of aerospace and state defense ;
Diamond grinding wheel, mica tape, advanced insulation and high temperature resistant coatings for abrasive areas .
Second Division: Composite Material Division
C grade insulation laminate: applied in the field of aviation, high speed train, dry transformer, electrical insulation;
High temperature resistant anti-static Synthetic stone
: used in the electronic product SMT process, and protect the PCB process from the high temperature and pollution;
High temperature insulation: heat insulation for injection molding machine, curing machine, hot press and other industrial heating equipment insulation protection.
Third division: CNC precision machining
Processing non-standard insulation parts, heat insulation parts.
