Founded in 1936,Hangzhou Electrochemical Group Co.,Ltd(HEC) is one of the earliest manufacturers that engage in chlor-alkali industry in China.We are now located in Linjiang Industrial Park in Xiaoshan,Hangzhou city,with an area of 533 thousand SQM factory complex.Proudly,we have honored as top 500 competitive enterprise groups in China and listed in 20 companies with 1st Class Standardization of safety production of hazardous chemicals in China(the highest honor for companies involved in hazardous chemicals).At present,HEC has 12 holoding and share participating companies.It passed the authentication of ISO in 1996,and obtained the certification of QEHS management systems in Dec.2012.HEC has established and implemented Quality Management System in accordance with ISO9001:2008;maintained EMS based on ISO14001;established and implemented Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems in accordance with OHSA18001. Main products cover:caustic soda,PVC,CPVC,liquid chlorine,sodium hypochlorite,copolymer of vinyl chloride and vinyl isobutyl ether,hydrochloric acid,electronic chemicals,hydrogen dioxide,and industrial gas such as high pure hydrogen ect. The major processing plants of the company has reached the world advanced level.The technology team is capable of working on product R&D and project engineering.In 2010,HEC introduced the complete technology of CPVC resin and compound from Arkema France.It was the first high quality CPVC resin&compound plant in China.
