I have existing land of 8,000 squaremeters with coconuts and that made me realized what to do with drycoconutsI was encouraged by small scale farmers to being Coconutharvesting, the Cooked it in the native way of Filipinos, then Icame in contact with Cargill Copra Buyer and made me realized thatthis is a high demand product.What motivate me to start is to help my poor neighbors who arelooking for jobs, so I started this business to give them job to doby hiring them to harvest coconuts, remove coconuts from the shell,and cook it in a native Pugon ( or man made oven). This is excitingfor me, but it is also a challenge. I realized that there are manycoconuts falling from the trees of other farmers and it only goesto waste, so this idea came to me to study this business and willget in touch with local Coconut farmers, buy from them and then Ialso sell them to the Main Buyer.It is a good start for me and Praise to GOD for the bountifulHarvest.
