We at books try to offer a personal service to all our clients and their pets, and endeavour to always be welcoming and accommodate your wishes as far as possible.As we are a small surgery, you are pretty much guaranteed to see the same vet every time, which we believe is important for continuity of care. We also employ two fully qualified veterinary nurses, one of which is always on hand to give advice and who run various clinics aimed at helping you to manage any ongoing problems your pet may have, such as arthritis or weight issues
