The mission of Crossroads Recovery Services is to assistindividuals who have significant substance abuse-related disordersto develop the skills and supports necessary to live, learn, orwork in the community of their choice with the least amount ofintervention from the substance abuse treatmentcommunity.To treat each consumer with respect and as anadult.To assist each consumer in determining personal goals and toactively participate in his or her recovery planning process at theprogram.To help each consumer manage his or her illness(es) in order toprevent psychiatric hospitalization.To help each consumer gain the skills necessary to live, learn andwork in the community as independently aspossible.To provide emotional, educative and case management supports in asafe, clean, dignified and therapeutic treatmentenvironment.To affirm each consumer's strengths and abilities and to foster asense of community and social support at the program.
