I work for a manufacturing company located in Chicago IL We manufacture sound proofing Insulation for the automotive industries. We use a high temperature Polypropylene material that is a blend of HH442H & PF017 This is a 100% polypropylene product Temperature of 800 Min to a 2000 max We purchase the virgin material from Basell. We process all our online scrap and have a scrap buy back program with our Customers. After processing the material in a denisfied pellet form We than package the material in a plastic lined Gaylord The material is very clean We put 1025 lbs ( Net weight) per Gaylord We have 246,000 lbs that we would like to sell at .28 per lb. This would be a ongoing project at 160,000 lbs per month. We buy back more scrap than we can reprocess on our production Lines.
