INNOVA delivers technical assistance and seed stage capital, as well as high quality entrepreneurial education programs such as FastTrac. INNOVA's introduction of the FastTrac program in April 2004 marked West Virginia as the 42nd state to offer the Kauffman Foundation program. FastTrac programs are also being offered outside the U.S. in Australia and Russia. More than 100,000 participants have completed FastTrac classes in the United States over the past decade.
